It has been vinified in a barrel at controlled temperature and has then been aged on lees in barrique for six months. This wine made from 50% Sauvignon and 50% Muscadelle has a beautiful bouquet composed by notes of boxwood, flowers and hazelnut. It can be drunken as an aperitif, accompany fish in sauce or a grilled brook trout. It's an exceptional wine.Four the fourth time this cuvée won the gold medal at the general agricultural competition and thus was the winner of the Award of Excellence in 2012 among all the wines from southwest France.
